Granadillo, from Central America, is rich and dark, with swirling grain lines and a well-defined sapwood stripe at the bottom edge.
Maple lettering sits above the face 1/8", a nice 3-D effect. The matching maple pointer has a complex tree-of-life pattern that complements the swirly grain.
Gustavo is 40" wide and just over 10" high. He makes a very compelling visual statement!
