Athens is an impressive Walnut board, with a live edge both top and bottom, a rare find for us. The top and bottom stripes of lighter Sapwood rep nicely around the corners.
The lettering is maple, raised 1/8 inch from the surface for that dramatic affect. The pointer is also maple, in our tree-of-life-with-eyes design.
Athens is 40” wide and 13” high. He is a striking piece of art. The fact that he is also a clock is almost coincidental!
