Customer, whoever

Collect payment, mark as paid

Create order

Creat Shipping label

Pick package (use Add package if necessary, it often is)

Weigh it, add the weight.

Pick shipping service

Click “buy shipping label”clci “print shipping label”

You can use 2-up label paper if one label is gone: put the existing label toward you in the tray
