Refund policy

Our Guarantee: if your clock stops making you happy, we'll refund your money.

The fine print:

Please:

  • return it in good condition
  • return it within one year
  • and we ask that you pay for shipping (might be $100 or so.)

To start a return, just contact our office at 828-690-0048. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you get it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Call our office, and we'll work with you to figure out the best way to do this.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not (like, if it comes back broken). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
