Cowee Overlook

Located near the highest point on the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Balsam Mountains between Brevard and Franklin, this overlook has one of the most spectacular views on the Blue Ridge Parkway for a breathtaking view of seemingly endless ridges at sunset.  This evening the light came through and highlighted the countless ridges with contrasting golds and blues.  It is was an evening I will never forget.
