Jackson is a beautifully figured length of ambrosia maple, prized by woodworkers. The Ambrosia beetle bores tiny holes and tracks in a fungus that grows into the stripes you sees. We kept the lower edge in its natural wildness.
The walnut pointer contrasts well against the clock face. We resin-inlaid the letters and numbers in jet black.
