If you like to plan ahead, here are the 5 simple choices we will walk through together once we connect.

Decision 1: What Size Fits Your Space?

• 3-Foot Clocks (really 40”): These fit beautifully over standard single doors and windows. Consider your vertical space though: 8-foot ceilings will make larger clocks look cramped.
• 5-Foot Clocks (really 60”): A spectacular centerpiece over a fireplace mantel, double doors, or a big-screen TV.
• 7-Foot Clocks (really 80”): Originally meant for over double doors.  
• Look, don't guess! Every clock on our site has a "View in your room" button. Mark your wall with painters tape at 40" and 60", for accurate scaling, and take a photo.  Then throw any of our clocks onto it to see what you like! 

 Decision 2: Dark or Light Wood?

• Go Dark: Darker woods stand out dramatically against light or neutral-colored walls. Rich, dark Walnut (see Reggie for example), Chechen (like Carver) and Bolivian Rosewood  (Alvaro) are great. 
• Go Light: Olivewood (Sergio) or Maple (Ambrose) offer gorgeous, creamy tones that add warmth and light to modern spaces. Some people have even painted their wall an accent color to make these clocks work better. (We're so flattered.)

 Decision 3: Rustic Live Edge or Modern Clean?

• Rustic Live Edge: We preserve the beautiful, rugged bark detail on the bottom edge (see Reggie for example).  And Olivewood can offer extremely wild edges (Sergio): too crazy for some homes, perfectly wonderful for others!
• Sculpted Wave: We sculpt the lower edge into a smooth, flowing, civilized curve. (Ambrose).
• Clean & Modern: We cut both the top and bottom edges completely straight for a sleek, contemporary, fine-furniture look. (Mateo).

 Decision 4: Choose Your Pointer Style

• We normally fit our clocks with our simple, classic shark-tooth pointer so it doesn't distract from the natural wood grain. However, we have a complete selection of custom pointers to choose from if you want a little extra flair.

 Decision 5: Solid Wood or a Flowing Resin River?

• We can hand-pour a deep, glassy resin river directly into the face of your clock (available as a surface river or a glowing see-through design). It does add to the final cost, but the visual impact is breathtaking.  See the two styles here.
