Burly: 5-foot maple burls in resin

A tree burl grows over an injury, and develops astonishingly beautiful grain patterns. They're never big enough to make a clock, but Ted and Deborah, our resin geniuses, slabbed this Maple burl and embedded it in deep blue resin to come up with this, definitely the most beautiful clock we have ever made.

The letters appear to float in midair. The pointer has a matching resin decoration. The base colors of the resin remind us of a stream bed.  The wristwatch is a nice touch too!

At 60" wide and 15" high, Burly will be an absolute show-stopper in your home!
