Cream-colored resin inlays carry the lettering and tick marks, their warm contrast drawn from the wood's own tones rather than imposed on them. The pointer's bi-color resin diamond echoes that same interplay of dark and light, its swirled finish unique to this clock alone.
The grain wraps seamlessly around the corners, so Cormoran reads as a single unbroken object from every angle. The lower edge follows the board's natural live edge — sculpted enough to feel intentional, raw enough to honor the wood's origins.
